We perform air sealing on every new construction project and remodeling job we take on. From attics to wall cavities, we seal top plates, penetrations, and gaps that allow air to escape. Air sealing helps keep indoor environments comfortable and improves indoor air quality.

Our team installs cellulose insulation from Greenfiber in both new and existing homes. We offer damp-spray wall applications and stabilized cellulose with netting for open walls or attics. Made from recycled materials, cellulose provides excellent coverage, sound control, and energy efficiency. It’s an eco-friendly choice for comfort that lasts.

We install Johns Manville fiberglass products, including faced and unfaced batts, blown-in attic insulation, and dense-packed fiberglass behind plastic for walls. For open walls, we use JM Spider®, a spray-in fiberglass system that ensures full coverage. Fiberglass is versatile, cost-effective, and ideal for new homes, remodels, multifamily and commercial projects alike.

For existing homes and buildings, we install injection foam insulation in closed wall cavities without opening finished walls. Injected through small access holes, this water-based foam fills empty spaces to create an air seal and thermal barrier. It helps improve efficiency, reduce drafts, and make older homes and buildings more comfortable year-round.

We remove and replace damaged or inefficient insulation to help restore energy performance. While we don’t handle pest removal or disinfecting, our crew provides complete insulation replacement and attic air sealing. This includes sealing top plates and penetrations and adding baffles or vents where needed. Our process is thorough and efficient, helping prepare your space for updated insulation that meets current performance expectations.

For open walls, we install JM Spider®spray-in fiberglass insulation from Johns Manville. Applied as a light damp spray, it fills gaps, voids, and hard-to-reach spaces for complete cavity coverage without the need for netting or adhesive. JM Spider®helps improve energy efficiency, reduce sound transfer, and deliver consistent performance over time without shrinking or settling. It’s a dependable choice for new homes, remodels, multifamily and commercial projects alike.

For sound control and fire resistance, we install mineral wool insulation between units in multifamily projects. Its dense composition helps reduce noise and adds a layer of safety, making it a preferred material for meeting code and improving comfort in shared buildings.

Spray foam expands to seal every gap, improving efficiency and air quality. We install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam from Enverge (including SucraSeal®) and Huntsman in new homes, and both commercial and multifamily buildings. In commercial and fire-rated applications, we apply No-Burn® coatings to enhance fire safety and code compliance. We automatically install spray foam in all new construction for air sealing. Plus, we encapsulate the crawl spaces of existing homes with spray foam.
